The Greater Springfield project and its related entities has been recognised by government and industry bodies in various ways.
Most significantly, Greater Springfield recently achieved international recognition by receiving the FIABCI Prix D'Excellence Award for World's Best Master Planned Community 2010.
In addition, Greater Springfield has also been officially recognised for its contribution to master planned cities in Australia receiving three National Awards in 2010 alone - UDIA Presidents Award, UDIA Master Planned Community Award and PCA Master Planned Development Award.
