Nestled in one of the most beautiful pockets of natural bushland in Australia, Brookwater, Greater Springfield’s premier address, is continuing to attract new residents, and Suresh Raniga and his family are just one example of the growing number of people who are looking forward to calling Brookwater home.

Mr Raniga has recently purchased three neighbouring homesites in Brookwater and will be building a combination of one and two storey homes.

While still in negotiations with his architect and builder to come up with the right design to suit his family and their lifestyle, Mr Raniga plans to be living in his new family home at Brookwater by mid-2009.

Citing the convenience of the location to his work, the beautiful green environment and the golfing lifestyle as reasons for choosing Brookwater, Mr Raniga said he was looking forward to moving to Brookwater as soon as possible.

“The area is very good, my grandchildren can go to school nearby and the shopping centre (Orion) is also very close,

“Brookwater was, without a doubt, a standout choice for my family,

“That’s why I thought - I had better buy this one,” Mr Raniga said.

Springfield Land Corporation Executive General Manager of Communities, Scott Biggs, said the Brookwater landscape is in harmony with the natural environment and each home design epitomises the ultimate in luxury, privacy and contemporary living.

“Rigorous architectural and landscaping controls apply through the strict approval process, which ensures residents can only create homes that meet the high quality standards and complement the ambience of Brookwater,” Mr Biggs said.

Mr Raniga and his wife, Mukta, will build a low set four bedroom home for themselves, and their sons, Nay, 42, and Jayesh, 33, will live with their young families in high set homes on the neighbouring homesites.

Currently living in Westlake, Mr Raniga will enjoy closer proximity to his factory in Carole Park and the golfing lifestyle that has become synonymous with Brookwater.

Mr Raniga plays golf twice per week, and in particular, is very impressed with the Brookwater Golf Club.

“The clubhouse and course is very impressive, and the food is also very good,” Mr Raniga said.

So impressed with everything Brookwater has to offer, Mr Raniga has referred a number of people to the suburb who have also purchased property.

Just 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD, Brookwater offers residents a vibrant living landscape.

All home and land owners in Brookwater become members of the Brookwater Home Owners Club, which, among other things, ensures all streetscapes stay clean, tidy and well maintained.
