Springfield development innovatively competes with nation’s best

The Polaris Data Centre in Springfield will compete with the nation’s best after being announced as a finalist at the Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall 2012 Innovation and Excellence Awards.
The Innovation and Excellence Awards, showcasing Australia’s finest, celebrates innovation and leading practice within the property development and investment industries.
Located in Springfield’s fully planned city, The Polaris Data Centre will be vying for national honours in the Nepean Award for Innovation, Queensland Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia Kathy Mac Dermott says.
“After receiving an extraordinary number of world-class entries for the 2012 Innovation and Excellence Awards it is great to see that a development from Springfield will be in the running for national awards honours,” Ms Mac Dermott says.
“The Polaris Data Centre will be recognised for innovation that creates significant advancement and improvement to the overall development, benefiting the community and property industry.”

Director of Rider Levett Bucknall Queensland, Mr Mark Burow, says the Polaris Data Centre in Springfield sets a new benchmark for sustainable and innovative design in the Queensland property industry.

National award winners will be announced at the 2012 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards Gala Dinner, to be held in Sydney on Saturday, 26 May.
